Our products are delivered by postal service or courier. (Royal Mail, UPS, DPD )
Delivery Time
Your order gets processed immediately. We will normally send your order to you in 2 working days providing that the goods are in-stock. International orders are generally received within 10 working days. You will be informed immediately if this is not the case.
Please note that some products need to be custom built to meet your requirements. Our regular shipping time for these items is 10 working days.
Delivery costs
The standard Delivery charge for the UK, EU and worldwide vary according to package size. If the order matches or exceeds £1000 , the delivery inside the United Kingdom and the EU is free of charge. (the only exceptions to this are very large parts, for example the complete trainer or our Shell) For questions regarding the delivery costs for these large parts, please contact us by telephone or e-mail.
Important notice
Our products are packed to arrive in perfect condition, it is possible for damage to occur when handled by the postal or courier services if this happens, we will exchange the defective parts for new ones. Any damages have to be reported immediately to the delivery company, and after that to Cockpitsonic UK Ltd. If you would like to send the artices back, please inform Cockpitsonic UK Ltd prior to returning, by mail, fax or email.
